At Footwear etc., we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect, we provide a streamlined process to ensure you get the right style or a full refund quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original brand box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
